Finally, some great weather to go outside and play in.  We could get used to this.

Hunter had his 4 month checkup recently and we are happy to report he’s doing fantastic.  Every one of his measurements (height, weight, head-circumference) were over the 80th percentile!  Our little Hercules!   The doctor also told us that since he can hold his head up, it’s time we start letting him experiment with solid food (rice cereal).  That news hit us the hardest.  Surely it couldn’t be time for Hunter to start eating from a spoon!  It feels like he just got here!  Our little boy is growing up WAAAAAaaay too fast.

Both the kids have had runny noses this past week.  No fevers, just snot.  Lots of snot.  So, we’ve kept them indoors away from all the nasty pollen.  Adalyn has certainly kept herself (and us) entertained with non-stop Lego building and dressing up in her costume jewelery.

Hunter is in full-on teething mode.  He’s been especially fussy these past few days, which is weird for this mellow little man.  A little oral-gel seems to do the trick though.  Now, if we can only get his drool under control!  🙂
